When reviewing documents in the PDF Reviewer - You cannot scroll in the document while the Issue detail box is open – this is problematic if you are looking back at previous page/section to confirm or reference something in the issue being created.

When we add comment under a form, we are nolonger able to use @ to mention someone.

Markups/issues in pdf viewer are individually added to issues. Can we group markups and assign as one issue.
