Alias user for Join venture project

Request is to allow IMS user to create alias in IMS.

This alis will be used to work in a joinventure project having a specific domain

Under his IMS account user will be able to claim an email with a different domain and its native organization.

So the user could log in with either email using the native organisation password/federation.

This would help the licensing as the native organization will be bill. As of today the JV need to put in place a redistribution at the prorata of the JV partner.

Also user having a native organisation IMS and a JV IMS are paying in double, as the systen is not able to corrolate the two IMS account as being the same persone
