One document from issue

When a document is link to an issue

We need three option to open the document

1) If the document is in a transmission, open the PDF in the transmission.
2) Open the document in the web client ( suitable for administrative document Word, Excel etc..)

3) Opne the document in PW Explorer ( suitable for CAD)

Reason to get this, it will make the life of designer require to fix an issue much fluid.
