Meeting Minute Items Linked to Issues

We would like to have the ability to link meeting minutes to specific issues, models, files on Infrastructure Cloud. This would be helpful as many times a section of a meeting revolves around a particular coordination item, and the ability to link directly to an issue or model associated provides easy access during review and coordination meetings.
