Form history and versioning

Right now the project forms do not have any versioning and no history.

If in the current version after a modification, there is an error, you cannot return to the previous version where it worked. I think it would be a good starting point if we had a history of the modifications that are made in project forms so that we could access and restore if necessary previous versions of the form.
