Add native GML file support to iTwin Microstation connector / iTwin synchronisation

Allow GML (Geography Markup Language) files to be directly imported into iTwin via. the current MicroStation Connector.

GML is a widely used open standard for GIS data. Can we please enable native import of GML files through iTwin Synchronization (MicroStation Connector).
