If an iModel creator removes files from an iModel connector after the initial setup, a dialogue pop up: 'Synchronized Changes'. It asks to confirm to 'Delete unmapped models from an iModel' or 'Keep already synchronized changes' (this dialogue is confusing!!).
If the user has clicked on 'Keep already synchronized changes', the alignment between the interface accessible to the user and the iModel gets lost. Only Bentley support can revert this selection.
The ask is to have a visibility of the 'Synchronized changes' even after the user has selected this option. This includes deleting the changes manually, which would be the result of selecting the first option in the dialogue that pop up.
General question:
Why does this dialogue even exist? It creates the risk of a falsification of the iModel (files in the connector are not the same as files in the iModel).
This picture show the dialogue.
