Default Co-Authoring

Our production are in a need to create a folder, for which, evertime a document is move to that folder, a co-authorinhg session will be create.

If a document is moved out from that folder, the co-Authoring session will be close ( meaning: update server copy » then close the session » then move the document out)

The other alternative to create this, PW shoud have a special document state named: Co-Authoring. Which when the document enter that stade, the co-authoing session is create.

In both scenario the co-autjoring session will be initially create using the name of the user who deposit the document. using Drive option, the Co-Authoring can be transfert
