Allow Attachement to Design Task

Design task is being used to keep track of project task. Example timesheet correction.

Request is to allow us to attach a file OR link a file from the Document Vault

If a file is attach, the process will ask to save the file first, under the document vault. Than the document will be attach to the design task.
