Control property that sets a default value

Many controls in the form we would like to have it default to a specific value without use interaction, or reliance on a script event. When the form is initially created, we would like to have those default values already populated to minimize entry time.

An example would be a date picker control should be able to default to Now() or Current Date. A numerical text field should be set to a set number that may be incremented throughout the workflow. Such as Number of Reissues would default to 0, or Expected Days to be resolved.
