Share Read-Only link to folder in a connected project with external user, non-team member

Ability to share a read-only and or Edit enabled link with external user not part of the connected project team, (enabled in both ProjectWise 365 and/or Infrastructure Cloud). Similar functionality as in Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint.

Currently it is far too complicated to share content with an external vendor.
