Hide the map location and model location (or only show it optionally on forms that are linked to iModels)

Independently from the form you create in the forms manager several elements are added without being able to control this as a user:

• model location + description

• map location + description

• related forms dialogue

• Add attachment dropdown

As a user I would like to control if these elements are shown or not. Many of my users complain about these elements because they make no sense in the way we you forms.

Why not make them available as an optional element in the forms manager (like textboxes or weather) and connect this element with the link to an iModel?

• No model location is selected in the form --> form cannot be created from a model, model location+map location does not show on the bottom

• Model location is selected in the form --> form is linked as a model form and can be created from an iModel, model location+map location are shown on the bottom of the form
