New grid view: Make filters for all user lists selectable dropdowns

Currently, when I filter the assignee column a list of all users in the project appear and filters down based on a string that is put it.

For assignee this functionality is not available. You can just type in a string and hope you found the correct name. It looks like it was forgotten to implement this functionality in the new grid view.

It would be great if all user dropdown lists worked like the assignee column. (The user does not care that it makes a difference in the backend).
