Add possibility to delete issues

It would be very good if possibility to delete issues could be added - e.g. for Project Admin role.

In the beginning you do lots of testing while setting up the workflow, issue form etc.

The tests are annoying to have in the project - even if 'closed' they still appear in the projct.
